World Championship: Harry snaps 20-game losing streak

Harry won his first 3T single game in almost a year, snapping a losing streak of 20 games played under Championship rules as he opened his winning account in Game 5 of XMädn’s most prestigious tournament.

He converted his first match point on a “4” for VIO4 to complete his second PWL after 1:38 hours of play. He is now tied for second place with Nici who, despite saving three red pawns, never got to start a PWL.

Sissy, who maintained a two-game lead (3-1-1 on aggregate) missed three opportunities to claim victory at the end of her second PWL.

Game 6 is scheduled for Monday Night MÄDNess. Had Harry not won on Saturday, his next opportunity to stop his losing streak would have come exactly one year after his last win in a 3T game.
