eXtreme Mensch-ärgere-dich-nicht (XMädn) celebrated the end of the 2024 Season and their most valuable and beautiful asset at their Annual New Year’s Banquet on New Year’s Eve.
“Queen” Sissy shone in an incredibly sexy dress. She brought all three “Majors” trophies with her as well as the XLeague trophy which, for the second straight time, she won all in one season.
In addition to her second Royal Triple Crown, she also completed a “Holiday Triple” as she won all three level-2 tournaments.
Having won seven of nine triple-threat ranking tournaments for a record-smashing 163 points on the Rankings, Sissy was awarded with the “Medal” as “Player Of The Year” which she will entitled to wear throughout the following season.
She also won the first ever TripleAthlon which had been added to the schedule on short notice to see out the triple-threat season.
As no player will be awarded more the one crown in their careers, Sissy’s coronation as “Triple Crown Queen” was more of a symbolic nature.
Sissy convincingly won the World Masters (6-4-4), the GP World Series (one game early) and the World Championship (10-3-3), the latter in particularly impression fashion as she won out the last six games to go from 4-3-3 to 10-3-3.
Yet, her most remarkable achievement of the season came in the double-threats as she bounced back from an abysmal 0-8 start in spring to win 19-of-21 en route to winning the 2024 XLeague.
In an effort to increase the chances for Nici and Harry to finally win a trophy, the playing distances for all three “Majors” will be cut for the 2025 Season and, at the expense of two other double-threats and the 2T Rankings, two XLeague seasons will be played in 2025.
The 2025 Season will kickoff on 11 January with the 2025 Winter Masters. Having won all trophies twice, does Sissy still have goals?
“Well, there are two recurring triple-threats that I have not yet won: the Winter Masters and the Summer Championship,” Sissy said. “I will not retire before I have completed my collection. Plus, I love winning silverware.”
That’s not necessarily good news for her husband and her froggy daughter…
