The XRace shall include the results from all triple-threat ranking tournaments of the present XSeason.

At the start of a new XSeason, all points will be reset to “0”. Rankings shall be updated following each even-numbered single counted game and at the conclusion of each tournament.
At the end of the season, the leader of the XRace will be declared “Player Of The Year” and have the right to choose allied colours for the upcoming new season. The other players will have to switch positions with regard to the succession of play and be allocated allied colours accordingly.
Total XPoints (XP) are combined by tournament points (TP) and winner points (WP).
Tournament Points (TP):
- 1st place: 21 TP
- 2nd place (at least 1 WP): 12 TP
- 3rd place or 0 WP: 6 TP
Winner Points (WP) – Championship & Masters:
1 WP is scored by the winner of a single counted game.
Winner Points (WP) – Grand Prix Series:
1 WP is scored by the player finishing a single counted game with the most GPP. In case of a tie, the WP is won by the player with the best single-colour finishing.1
Ties are broken by the following criteria (among the triple-threat ranking tournaments considered by the current World Rankings):
- accrued Tournament Points (TP)
- accrued Winner Points (WP)
- “Major” tournaments won
- World Championships won
- accrued Grand Prix Points (GPP of all GP games)
- quickness of victory (victorious 3T/3T+ game times accrued; full minutes only)
- In the 2025 Medal Race, the WP was shared between tied players at 0.5 each.
Before 2025, 1 WP was scored by each of the tied players. ↩︎
